In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Candy Coated Pretzels for St. Patrick's Day. These can be adapted for other holidays, just by changing the food coloring.

Pretzel 500 Gram (desired amount and type)
Chocolate candy coating 16 Ounce
Vanilla candy coating 16 Ounce
Green food coloring 1 Teaspoon (as needed)

1. Line a tray with wax paper and set aside.

2. In a small bowl, take chocolate candy coating. Place the bowl in microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir and return it back into the microwave for 15 second. Repeat the process each time until the chocolate melts.

3. Using tongs, dip pretzels one by one into the melted chocolate. Shake off excess coating and place it on the tray. Allow it to cool.

4. Now, in a separate bowl place vanilla candy coating and melt it in microwave following the same process used for melting chocolate coating.

5. Stir desired amount of green food coloring into the melted vanilla coating.

6. Now, drizzle or pipe green coating to decorate the chocolate coated pretzels. Set aside to firm.

7. When firm serve with a beverage of your choice and enjoy!

You may also place the decorated pretzel into the refrigerator to firm. This will speed up the process.

You can add any food color you like and decorate to your choice
