Seafood Stroganoff

Ingredients

Lemon 1 , juiced
White fish 1 1/2 Pound
Onion 1 Medium , chopped
Sherry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Fresh mushrooms 1/2 Pound , sliced
Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Basil 1/2 Teaspoon
Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Smear lemon juice on both sides of the fish.

MAKING

2) Take a pan and saute onion in 1/2 cup sherry until it turns golden brown in color.

3) Add mushrooms and saute until tender.

4) Take a broiler pan and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.

5) Place fish in the pan under the broiler.

6) Broil the fish until it turns golden brown in color on both sides, turning only once.

7) In the meanwhile, add remaining sherry, sour cream, parsley and basil to the mushroom mixture.

8) Simmer over low heat until mixture gets heated through.

SERVING

9) Transfer fish to a serving platter. Pour prepared sauce over the fish ad serve immediately.
