Slimmer's Danish Salad

Ingredients

Cold water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Instant non fat dry milk 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Low fat small curd cottage cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Crumbled danish blue cheese 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
Onion 3/4 Teaspoon
Garlic salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Thick tomato slices 6
Iceberg lettuce 1 , cleaned and chilled

Directions

MAKING

1 In a blender jar, combine all the ingredients, except tomato and lettuce.

2 Blend well until smooth.

3 Cover and place in the refrigerator to chill.

4 Cut the lettuce into 6 narrow wedges.

5 On the salad plates, arrange lettuce and tomato slices.

6 Drizzle on the dressing.

SERVING

7 Serve at once.
