Chicken Liver Stroganoff

Ingredients

Butter 3 Tablespoon
Onion 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , chopped
Chicken livers 1 Pound , halved
Fresh mushrooms 1/2 Pound , sliced
Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Dry white wine 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Parsley 2 Tablespoon , chopped

Directions

MAKING

1. In 10-inch glass skillet microwave butter and onion at high for 3 minutes, stirring once.

2. Add chicken livers and microwave at high 2 minutes, stirring once.

3. Blend in mushrooms, pepper and salt and microwave at high 4-6 minutes, covered, stirring several times.

4. Blend wine and sour cream and pour over chicken mixture.

5. Sprinkle with parsley and heat at high 1 minute.

SERVING

6. Serve on cooked rice or noodles.
