Microwave Beef Stroganoff With Sour Cream And Noodles

Ingredients

Lean ground beef 1 Pound
Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
Onion 1 Medium , finely chopped
Mushrooms 1/4 Pound , sliced
Red wine 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Flour 3 Tablespoon , made into a paste with water
Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Flat egg noodles 8 Ounce , cooked (1 package)

Directions

MAKING

1. In glass casserole, combine beef, onion and mushrooms.

2. Cook on ROAST (7) for 6 minutes until beef is no longer pink.

3. Stir well adding wine, flour paste, salt and pepper and mix in sour cream.

4. Cover and cook on REHEAT (8) for 10 minutes, or until hot.

SERVING

5. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
