Tartare Sauce

Ingredients

Mayonnaise 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Tarragon vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Onion 1 Teaspoon , finely chopped
Capers 1 Teaspoon , drained
Pickles 1 Teaspoon , finely chopped
Olives 1 Teaspoon , finely chopped
Parsley 1 Teaspoon , finely chopped

Directions

MAKING

1) In a large serving bowl, add in mayonnaise, tarragon vinegar, onion, capers, pickles, olives and parsley. Mix all the ingredients well.

2) Cover and store in refrigerator for as long as a few weeks, if you want.

SERVING

3) Serve the Tartare Sauce chilled.
