Fried Pork Cutlets

Easy Cooking with Roberto Cerini prepares pork cutlets.


Pork loin 1 Medium
Vegetable oil 4 Tablespoon
Egg 2 Medium , beaten
All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) (as required)
Breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (as required)



1. Thinly slice pork loin.

2. Flatten the slices with hand to make it thinner.

3. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil.

4. In three separate plates, take bread crumbs, eggs and flour.

5. Coat the sliced pork first in flour, then in eggs and then in bread crumbs before putting it into the pan for frying. Cook it 2-3 minutes per side.


6. Serve Fried Pork Cutlets with a sauce of your choice.
