Ingredients

Dairy sour cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Hard cooked egg
Pickle relish 2 Tablespoon
Chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon
Sauterne 2 Tablespoon
Egg yolks 3 , sieved (Use As Needed)
Sliced green onion 2 Ounce (Use As Needed)

Directions

MAKING

1. Into the blender container, put together sour cream, mayonnaise or salad dressing, chopped hard-cooked egg, pickle relish, chopped green onion, and sauterne; blend until smooth.

FINALISING

2. Refrigerate sauce until sauce is thoroughly chilled.

SERVING

3. Serve Tartar Sauce Deluxe in a small bowl and garnish with sieved egg yolk.

4. Sprinkle sliced green onion on top.
