Tartar Sauce With Dill Pickles And Chives

Ingredients

Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Onion juice 1 Teaspoon
Capers 1 Tablespoon
Dill pickle 1 Tablespoon , chopped
Parsley 1 Tablespoon , chopped
Chives 1 Tablespoon , chopped
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1) In a bowl, place together mayonnaise, onion juice, capers, dill pickle, parsley, chives, and lemon juice.

2) Whisk the mayonnaise mixture until well blended.

3) Place the mayonnaise mixture in a sterilized jar and seal with clean lid.

SERVING

4) Use as desired.
