Balsamic Braised Chicken with Tomato

Ingredients

Chicken breast halves 2
Oregano 1 Teaspoon
Basil 1 Teaspoon
Tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chop
Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Onion 1 Medium , thinly sliced
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Garlic 1 Tablespoon , chopped
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Thyme 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. Season chicken breasts with ground black pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet, and brown the onion and seasoned chicken breasts.

3. Pour tomatoes and balsamic vinegar over chicken, and season with basil, oregano, rosemary and thyme.

4. Simmer until chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear, about 15 minutes.

SERVING

5. Serve with garnish as desired.
