Ingredients

Green pepper 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , chopped
Onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chopped
Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Ham 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped, cooked
Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 1/2 Ounce (1 can)
Eggs 6 , slightly beaten
Pepper 1 Dash
Buns 6 , split and toasted

Directions

MAKING

1) In a skillet heat butter. Cook green pepper and onion until soft.

2) Mix ham to it and cook till brown.

3) In a bowl mix soup, eggs, and pepper.

4) Pour the mixture over ham and vegetables.

5) Cook and stir over low heat until eggs are set.

SERVING

6) Serve on buns.
