Butter 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Egg 1
Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
All purpose flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon



1. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, add egg and vanilla into it and beat well

2. Sift together flour and baking powder and mix it into a smooth dough; shape the dough into small balls and press them down and force through the cookie press into shapes of your choice

3. Place them all into a lightly buttered cookie sheet and bake at 400°F for ten minutes


4. Serve as required
