Baked Bullheads

Bullhead 6 , skinned and pan
French dressing 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Lemon slices 12
Paprika To Taste (As Desired)



1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Thaw frozen fish.

3. With the help of a brush, apply French dressing on inner and outer side of the fish.

4. Cut 6 lemon slices into half to make 12 slices.

5. Place 2 lemon slices inside each fish.


6. In a 10x14 inch well greased baking dish, place the fish and brush the surface with rest of the dressing.

7. Top the fish with remaining 6 lemon slices.

8. Sprinkle paprika over fish.

9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the fish flakes easily.


10. Serve as side dish.
