Ingredients

Beer 12 Ounce (1 Can)
Dry mustard 1 Tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/8 Teaspoon
Processed american cheese 1 Pound , cut into cubes
Sharp cheddar cheese 1 Pound , cut into cubes
Bread slices/English muffins 1 Cup (16 tbs) , toasted
Bacon strips 1 Cup (16 tbs) , cooked
Tomato slices 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1) In a slow cooker, add the beer, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; cook covered on HIGH for about 1-2 hrs or until boiling.

2) Add the cheese, stir continuously, until melted; cook uncovered on HIGH for about 20-30 min.

SERVING

3) Spoon the mixture over the toasted bread or the English muffins, garnish with the crisp bacon strips and the tomato slices and serve on a nice dish.
