Stuffed green olives 5 Ounce (150 gram)
Canned tuna fish 3 1/2 Ounce , drained (1 can, 100 gram)
Canned anchovies 1 3/4 Ounce , drained (1 can, 50 gram)
Capers 3 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Olive oil 1/4 Pint (150 milliliter)
Brandy 1 Tablespoon
Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
Pepper To Taste


Reserve a few olives for garnish, slicing them finely.

Put the rest of the olives and the remaining ingredients, with mustard and pepper to taste, in an electric blender and work until smooth.

Pour into a serving bowl and garnish with the sliced olives.

Serve as a dip with Chive or Cheese Biscuits.
