I will let you enjoy this Irish coffee if you promise to toast before.
Here are some Irish toasts..

May your glass be ever full.
May the roof over your head be always strong.
And may you be in heaven half an hour before the devil knows you're dead.

Here's to a long life and a merry one.
A quick death and an easy one.
A pretty girl and an honest one.
A cold beer - and another one!

Ingredients

Heavy cream 8 Ounce
Granulated sugar 3 Tablespoon
Strong hot black coffee 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Irish whiskey 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)

Directions

Use an electric mixer to beat the cream with 1 tablespoon of sugar until soft peaks form.

Set aside.

Combine remaining sugar, coffee and whiskey.

Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream.

Serve immediately.
