Irish coffee
I will let you enjoy this Irish coffee if you promise to toast before.

Ingredients
| Heavy cream | 8 Ounce | |
| Granulated sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Strong hot black coffee | 6 Cup (96 tbs) | |
| Irish whiskey | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) |
Directions
Use an electric mixer to beat the cream with 1 tablespoon of sugar until soft peaks form.
Set aside.
Combine remaining sugar, coffee and whiskey.
Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream.
Serve immediately.
