Ingredients

Flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cream of tartar 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
Triticale sprouts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , ground
Buttermilk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°.

Put all dry ingredients in bowl.

Add enough liquid to make a soft dough.

Turn out on floured board and knead slightly.

Pat into a circle 1/2-inch thick.

Transfer circle to baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes until risen and browned.
