Appetizer Recipe-Herbed Savory Palmiers

This impressive appetizer looks like it took hours to make but in reality it only takes a few minutes! It's packed with flavor and the puff pastry makes it feel extra decadent. Make this and your party guests will love you forever. Happy New Year!


Puff pastry sheet 1 , thawed
Sundried tomatoes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , minced
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm) , minced
Finely chopped rosemary 1 Tablespoon
Finely chopped thyme 1 Tablespoon
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Grated parmesan cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Grated gruyere cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



Preheat oven to 375°F.



In a bowl, combine sundried tomatoes, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, olive oil and mix well.

Roll the puff pastry sheet as shown in the video and spread the mixture evenly over it.

Sprinkle top with grated cheese and roll the pastry sheet.

Cut into 1 inch piece and place on baking sheet.

Pop into oven and bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
