Beet Soup Borscht

This is my take on Ukrainian Beet Soup Borscht Recipe. It's tasty and it will give you vitamins boost you'll need during those long cold days.

Ingredients

Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Vegetables 4 Cup (64 tbs) (onion, beets, peppers, carrots)
Cilantro 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Beet greens/Spinach 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Water 2 Liter
Vegetable bouillon cube 1
Chili flakes 1/2 Teaspoon
Kirkland organic no salt seasoning 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Tomato paste 156 Milliliter (canned tomato paste used)
Salt To Taste
