his video is about making "CHICKEN CORDEN BLEU" Its so simple and the flavor is awesome... so yummy too.


Chicken breast 4 (Pounded)
Ham slices 8
Swiss cheese 8 Ounce
Egg 1
Corn flake crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
For the sauce
Cream of chicken soup 26 Ounce (1 can)
Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Sour cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



1. Preheat the oven to 350C.


2. Take one piece of pounded chicken breast, place one ham on top of it, add 2 cubes of swiss cheese (about 1/2 an inch depth), and close it with another piece of ham.

3. Roll it over and insert a toothpick for it to stay.

4. Repeat the step for the next 3 pieces of pounded chicken breast.

5. In a bowl, beat an egg for the egg wash.

6. Meanwhile, take another bowl with crushed cornflakes.

7. Now give each chicken breast an egg wash and roll it over the crushed cornflakes.

8. Place it in the casserole, cover it with an aluminimum foil and bake it in the oven for 40 minutes until the chicken is cooked completely.


9. Take 25 oz of cream of chicken soup and bring it to boil.

10. While keeping the burner in simmer, add half a cup of sour cream and 1 tsp of lemon juice.


11. Once the chicken is cooked, add sauce over the top.

12. Add extra salt and pepper (according to taste) and serve.
