Try this delicious salad this Christmas!


Herring fillets 2
Potatoes 4 , boil
Mayonnaise 500 Gram
Onions 2
Beetroots 4 , boil
Dill 1/2 Bunch (50 gm)
Parsley 1/2 Bunch (50 gm)
Carrots 2 , boil
Eggs 3 , boil
Salt and pepper To Taste



Grate the boiled potatoes, carrots and boiled beetroots.

Slice two herring fillets. Cut up the boiled eggs. 

Dice a white and a red onion.

Lay the beetroot down first, then carrot, followed by boiled potato, herring, diced onions, and boiled potatos

Finally beetroot again. 

Garnish with parsley and dill.
