In this episode of how to international Christmas cooking, learn how to create the Dutch Christmas favorite: puff pastry ragout, all in under 60 seconds


Butter 50 Gram
Flour 60 Gram
Chicken broth 1/2 Liter
Salt and pepper To Taste
Parsley 1 Bunch (100 gm)
Mushrooms 250 Gram
Chicken 250 Gram
Onion 1
Cooking cream 4 Tablespoon
Garlic cloves 2
Patties 8



1. Make the broth

2. Cut chicken, mushrooms, onion and garlic

3. Melt the butter

4. Bake the onion and garlic

5. Add the meat

6. Add mushrooms

7. Cook until it's done

8. On low fire add the flour, stir with a spoon

9. Slowly add the broth, keep stirring with a spoon!

10. Put on low fire for at least 20 minutes

11. Add parsley and cream

12. Put the ragout in the patties and add some parsley for decoration
