Golden caster sugar | 1 1/3 Ounce | |

Cooking apple | 1 Medium | |
Strawberries | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.
MAKING
2. Take apples in a pot. Add to a saucepan and stir over the heat to soften.
3. Add juice of half a lemon, caster sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract into the pan. Continue to cook.
4. Meanwhile, mix butter, flour, caster sugar, vanilla, salt to a bowl. Crumble it up.
5. Add strawberries to the pot with apple. Stir and cook until it softens.
6. Scoop the fruit to ramekins. Sprinkle the crumbled flour on top.
7. Bake for 30 minutes.
SERVING
8. Serve as it is and enjoy.
