On this video we turn the Traeger Texas Pro Grill into a baking machine and kick out some of the best pretzels I have ever had. You have to try this one. Enjoy.

Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (105 degrees F)
Active dry yeast 1/4 Ounce
Bread flour 2 3/4 Cup (44 tbs)
Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon (For greasing)
Flour 2 Tablespoon (For dusting)
Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Baking soda 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Kosher salt 4 Dash

Preheat the Traeger Pellet Grill to 45 degrees F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, pour hot water and active dry yeast let it bloom for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix together bread flour and sugar.

Add the flour mixture to the yeast mixture and mix using a dough mixer; start from low speed, followed by medium the high.

Take out the dough in a bowl and grease with oil. Cover with towel and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Punch the dough and take out on a wooden surface.

Dust the dough with some flour and knead for a minute.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape according to your preference. Let it sit for a few minutes

Meanwhile, in a large pot boil the water with baking soda.

Place the dough into the boiling water and cook for 2 – 3 minutes each side.

Take out the dough from the water and make some cuts. Season with some kosher salt and place over the prepared baking tray. Bake for 12 – 15 minutes.

Serve the buns with some grilled veggies.
