Cajun seasoning 1/4 Teaspoon ((blackened))
White cornmeal 14 Cup (224 tbs) ((P.A.N))
Melted butter 1 Tablespoon
Garlic powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Lightly beaten egg 1
Egg white 1 ((beaten until stiff))
Beer 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((For deep frying))

Onion salt 1/2 Teaspoon
