Salt 1/4 Tablespoon (Leveled)
Egg 1 , whisked with water
Water 1 Tablespoon
For filling:
Butter 1 Tablespoon
Minced onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Mushrooms 4 Ounce , finely chopped
Dried porcini 1/2 Ounce , soaked overnight, finely chopped, reserve liquid

Pepper To Taste
For topping:
Butter/Oil 2 Tablespoon
Onion 1 Small , cut into thin rings

Directions

MAKING:

1.In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Add egg mixture and knead for 2-3 minutes. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.

2.For filling, melt butter in a pan and saute onion for few minutes. Add mushrooms, salt, pepper and cook for 10 minutes until soft. Add soaked liquid and cook for 5-10 minutes until dry. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

3.Roll dough to 1/8 thick sheet on a floured surface and cut into 3 circles. Repeat the process until dough is completely used.

4.Place 1 teaspoon of filling, fold and seal as shown in the video.
