These yummy Swedish meatballs with gravy will knock your clogs off. These are made with beef and pork with some special spices.

Fresh breadcrumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (3 slices) | |
Whole milk | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Minced onion | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) , minced | |
Egg | 1 | |
Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Allspice | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
For gravy: | ||
Butter | 4 Tablespoon , divided | |
Flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
Chicken broth/Beef broth | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
Heavy whipping cream | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) |
GETTING READY:
1.Line baking tray with baking sheet.
MAKING:
2.In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs with milk, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, allspice, nutmeg and mix well until smooth.
3.Make 40 one inch balls and place on lined baking sheet. Chill for 30 minutes or freeze until it turns solid. Transfer to an airtight container.
4.Heat a large skillet and melt butter in it. Fry the meatballs in batches, until browned.
5.Once done, add flour to the skillet and cook until toasted. Whisk in stock and stir well until smooth.
6.Add meatballs and stir gently. Allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
7.Reduce heat and stir in cream slowly.
SERVING:
8.Serve over mashed potatoes or rice and enjoy!
