Pear And Berry Chocolate Crumble Pots

Resident Videojug chef Joanna Kilvington is back in the Scoff kitchen and this week she is showing us a delicious dessert. She shows you how to make amazing pear and berry chocolate crumble pots, a perfect dessert for the whole family.


Slightly ripe pears 700 Gram
Fresh raspberries 250 Gram
Castor sugar 100 Gram
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (From Half A Lemon)
Water 120 Milliliter
Self raising flour 100 Gram
Demerara sugar 100 Gram
Diced butter 75 Gram
Chocolate chips 25 Gram
Oats 30 Gram



Preheat the oven to 180°C.



In a saucepan, cook pears with sugar, water and lemon juice on a low heat and continue to stir the ingredients.

Simmer and cook for 20 minutes until pears turn soft. Add raspberries and simmer for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, butter and mix with hands to form crumbles.

Add oats and chocolate chips. Mix with a spoon.

Fill ramekins with fruit mixture as shown in the video and top with oats mixture.

Pop the ramekin into oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
