Gluten Free Pear And Blackberry Crumble

Join Madeleine Shaw back in the Scoff kitchen to cook up some delicious meals. This week she shows you how to create gluten free pear and blackberry crumbles, proving that healthy eating doesn't heave to be boring!


Pears 2
Blackberries 3 1/2 Ounce
Coconut oil/Butter 2 Tablespoon
Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
Vanilla bean pod 1
Maple syrup 4 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Pinch
Oats 2 1/2 Ounce



Preheat oven to 160°C.



Heat oil in a pan and add pears and berries.

Cook on a low heat and continue to stir the ingredients.

Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 tablespoon maple syrup, vanilla pod and cooked for 10 minutes until the pear gets well cooked.

In another pan, melt coconut oil and once it melts take the pan off heat.

Add oats, 2 tablespoon of maple syrup. 1 teaspoon cinnamon, salt and stir well.

Fill ramekins with fruit mixture as shown in the video and top with oats mixture.

Pop the ramekins into oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.



Serve and enjoy!
