Beer Can Grilled Chicken - In The Kitch with Momma Cuisine

Use irish style beer and keep your chicken flavorful while roasting them on the grill.


Brine 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Chicken 1
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Salt & pepper To Taste
Beer 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((Guinness))



1. Place the chicken in brine in a resealable plastic bag.

2. Preheat the grill.


3. Slather olive oil over the chicken.

4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

5. Fill the upright roaster with beer. Place the chicken over the roaster. Seal the top with a cork.

6. Place the roaster with the chicken on the grill. Grill for 45 minutes.


7. Slice and serve with potato wedges and carrots.
