Apple Ginger Crumble

A hot and delicious dessert, which will become your families favorite in any get together.


For apple mixture
Green apple 4 , peeled and cubed
Ginger 20 Gram , peeled and finely diced
Maple syrup 4 Tablespoon
Arrowroot powder 2 Tablespoon
Juice of lemon 1
Pumpkin pie spice 1 Tablespoon
Vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon
For apple crumble topping
Oats 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Melted coconut oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Brown sugar 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Pumpkin pie spice 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Dash
For coconut cashew cream sauce
Raw cashew 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Almond milk/Non dairy milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Melted coconut oil 1 Tablespoon
Brown sugar 2 Teaspoon



Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a baking pan, pour some water and set aside.


For the apple mixture – in a large bowl, toss together all the ingredients and set aside.

For the crumble topping – in a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients.

Into the mason jar, add in the apple mixture and top with crumble. Place the mason jar in prepared baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the cashew cream – in a blender, add in all the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.


Top the crumble with cashew cream and serve.
