How to Make Blackberry Parfaits with Napa Valley Blackberry Ginger Balsamic

Yummy and quick. A rich decadent dessert and great way to sneak in some fruits this holiday season.


Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Icing sugar 2 1/2 Tablespoon
Fresh blackberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Blackberry ginger balsamic vinegar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)



1. Whip the cream in a bowl. Add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time when the cream starts to thicken.

2. Continue to whip until stiff peaks are formed. Set it aside.

3. Drizzle some balsamic vinegar in the parfait glass.

4. Scoop some whipped cream and place it in the glass. Arrange some fresh blackberries on top.

5. Repeat layering with cream and blackberry and then drizzle some balsamic vinegar on top.


6. Top with the prettiest blackberry and gingersnap cookie and serve.
