Today we'll be making blood orange marmalade so get out those preserving jars and your largest pot and join me for this jammy, delicious recipe.
|Blood oranges||1 3/5 Kilogram , washed|
|Jam making sugar||1 Kilogram|
Preheat the oven to 150 degree C.
Trim the ends of the oranges and place in a large pot.
Pour in the water bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Let the oranges cool and after that slice in half.
Take out the juice from the oranges and pour back to the boiled water. Finely slice the peels and add back to the pan.
Add in the sugar and stir until dissolve. Turn down the heat to medium and let it boil for an hour stirring frequently.
Pour the marmalade in sterilized jar and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
Serve the marmalade with croissants.
