Ingredients

Eggs 2
Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chilled
Vanilla 3/4 Teaspoon
Salt 1/8 Teaspoon
Half and half/Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chilled
Whipped cream/Dessert topping 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon (Or As Needed)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a blender jar with stirring blades, put together egg, sugar, milk, vanilla and salt; process for 4-6 seconds until well mixed.

2. Stir in milk or half and half.

SERVING

3. Serve Eggnog in glasses or punch cups.

4. Garnish with dessert topping or a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
