|Oysters||10 , minced finely|
|Pork fat||2 Ounce , minced finely|
|Spanish olives||2 , chopped finely|
|Scallion stalk||1 , chopped finely|
|Eggs||4 , well beaten|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly together and pour into an ovenproof serving bowl.
Place a rack in a deep saucepan and fill up to 2 inches of boiling water.
Place the bowl on the rack, cover and steam for 10 minutes or until the eggs are set.
Serve in the hot bowl.
