Steamed Eggs With Oysters

This Steamed Eggs with Oysters is one of my favorite sidew courses at lunch ! This dish makes my bowl of rice truly mindblowing ! Tell me if you like it ! Your suggestions for this Steamed Eggs with Oysters are welcome !

Ingredients

Oysters 10 , minced finely
Pork fat 2 Ounce , minced finely
Spanish olives 2 , chopped finely
Scallion stalk 1 , chopped finely
Eggs 4 , well beaten
Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Oil 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Water 2 Tablespoon

Directions

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly together and pour into an ovenproof serving bowl.

Place a rack in a deep saucepan and fill up to 2 inches of boiling water.

Place the bowl on the rack, cover and steam for 10 minutes or until the eggs are set.

Serve in the hot bowl.
