Baked or Shirred Eggs - Learn to Cook

Learn how to make baked eggs. This is the third video in my series of learn how to cook where I cook through my old home economics book from junior high school.
Today we are making cooked eggs. You will need an oven proof dish, some butter, and a couple of eggs

Ingredients

Butter 1 Teaspoon
Egg 2
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 325F.

MAKING

2. In a small oven proof dish, put butter, place in the oven and remove once the butter melts.

3. Break in the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Bake at 325F for 10 to 12 minutes.

SERVING

4. Serve hot with toasted bread slices.
