Baked Eggs and Avocados

Avocado 4
Eggs 8
Smoked paprika powder To Taste
Salt and pepper To Taste
Bacon 4 Tablespoon , crisped



1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

2. Using a sharp knife, cut the avocados in half, and remove the pit.

3. Cut small slices of each avocado halves, to flatten the avocado.


4. Using spoon scoop out the flesh, leaving about 1/4“ thick shell.

5. Wrap the avocados shells with piece of aluminum foil and place in baking sheet.

6. Crack a egg and drop each avocado shell.

7. Sprinkle paprika, salt and pepper on top.

8. Bake in the oven for about 20 minute or more depending on the doneness of egg.


9. Serve hot topped with crispy bacon.
