Frankfurter Hash

Ingredients

Frankfurters 12 , cut in 1 inch slices
Boiled potatoes 4 , peeled and diced
Onions 3 , sliced
Fat 2 Tablespoon
Green peppers 3 , sliced
Tomatoes 3 , diced
Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1) Take a skillet and heat fat in it.

2) Add onions and potatoes. Cook until light brown in color.

3) Add frankfurters and green peppers. Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.

4) Add salt, tomatoes and pepper.

5) Cover and cook for another 10 minutes.

SERVING

6) Transfer the Frankfurter Hash to a serving dish. Serve piping hot.
