Ingredients

Brandy 1 1/3 Fluid Ounce (1/3 Gill)
Yellow chartreuse 1/2 Fluid Ounce (1/6 Gill)
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Egg 1
Grated nutmeg 1 Dash
Milk 4 Fluid Ounce (1 Gill)
Cracked ice 8 Ounce (1/2 Shakerful)

Directions

MAKING

1. Into a shaker, half fill with broken ice.

2. Add sugar, egg, Yellow Chartreuse , Brandy and Milk; shake well.

SERVING

3. Into a tumbler, strain drink mixture.

4. Sprinkle top with a dash of Nutmeg.

TIPS

Use Gin, Rum or Whisky in place of Brandy for varied tastes of Eggnog.
