Ham And Cheese Baked Eggs

Ingredients

Butter 90 Gram
Plain flour 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Milk 2 1/3 Cup (37.33 tbs)
Cheddar cheese 1 1/3 Cup (21.33 tbs) , grated
Ham 125 Gram , chopped
Parsley 2 Tablespoon , chopped
Eggs 6

Directions

Melt butter in pan, add flour, stir over heat for 1 minute.

Add milk gradually, stir until sauce boils and thickens.

Remove from heat, add cheese, ham and parsley.

Spread mixture evenly over base of shallow ovenproof dish to a depth of about 2.5cm.

Make six indentations with back of spoon in sauce, break an egg into each one.

Bake in moderately hot oven 10 minutes or until eggs are set.
