Eggs With Spinach

Spaghetti With Meat Sauce is a very popular dinner at home. Its not easy to make and yummy! Spaghetti With Meat Sauce brings back fond memories from my childhood. Try it for yourself!


Bechamel sauce 12 Fluid Ounce
Grated nutmeg 1/4 Teaspoon
Spinach 1 1/2 Pound , cooked, drained and pureed
Poached eggs 8 (Warm)
Parmesan cheese 2 Ounce , grated


In a medium sized saucepan, combine one quarter of the bechamel sauce with the nutmeg and spinach.

Place the pan over moderate heat and cook, stirring constantly, for 3 to 4 minutes or until the sauce is hot and smooth.

Preheat the grill [broiler] to high.

Pour the spinach sauce into a medium sized shallow flameproof serving dish.

Place the poached eggs on top.

Spoon the remaining bechamel sauce over the eggs, and sprinkle the top with the cheese.

Place the dish under the grill [broiler] and grill [broil] for 3 to 4 minutes or until the top is brown and bubbly.

Remove the dish from the heat and serve immediately.
