Hard boiled eggs 6
Mayonnaise 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
White vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Coriander chutney 2 Teaspoon
Mint leaves To Taste (for garnish)



Remove the egg shells from each boiled egg. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise, 

removing all the yolk to a medium bowl.

Place the eggs on a serving platter.

Mash the yolks into a fine crumble. Add the chutney, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and 

pepper, and mix well into a creamy paste.

Evenly spoon in the yolk mixture into the egg whites. 


Garnish with a mint leaf. Serve
