Baked Eggs

So easy and quick and yet so delicious. Enjoy!!



1. Combine garlic, parmesan and herbs (parsley, rosemary and thyme) in a fresh bowl.

2. Add butter a cream into individual baking dishes. Melt in preheated broiler.

3. Pour two eggs to each dish. Sprinkle parmesan and herbs mix on the top.

4. Season with salt and pepper and place the eggs under the brolier for about 5 minutes.



5. Serve with bread and sauteed broccoli. Enjoy!!
