Cashewnut | 3 1/2 Ounce ((100 Gram)) | |
Icing sugar | 7 Ounce ((200 Gram)) | |
Egg white | 1 | |
Almond essence | 2 Drop |
MAKING
1. Pulse cashewnuts with half of the icing sugar until it forms a powder.
2. Throw in the cashewnut powder with the remaining icing sugar and egg white into a stand mixer an mix it in.
3. When everthing is incorporated, add almond essence and continue to mix.
4. Transfer the marzipan mix to a microwave safe bowl. Cover with saran wrap and microwave in 10 second bursts for 4 to 5 times.
5. Uncover the bowl and let it cool and dry.
6. Transfer to a board and add desired food coloring. Roll it in egg shapes.
SERVING
7. Decorate it the way you like. Enjoy.
