You should immerse 2 medium sized fresh strawberries in 1 tablespoon of single cream ideally i.e. in a 70:30 ratio.
You should finish eating within 2 minutes and 50 seconds else the strawberries will shrink rapidly altering the taste of the dessert.

Strawberries remain firm in the cream for 3 minutes approximately
The taste is the best when the ratio of strawberries: cream is 70:30. It becomes more tart when it is 80:20 and very sweet at 60:40.
The cream is not absorbed by the strawberries but the juice of the fruit mingles with the cream instead that is the secret behind its yumminess.
