Orange Sauce (For Roast Duck)

Ingredients

Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Honey 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Orange 1 , rind grated
Salad oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

Put all ingredients into Osterizer container, cover and process at BLEND until rind is finely chopped.

About 30 minutes before serving, pour sauce over duck.

Continue roasting duck, basting with sauce as necessary to coat duck.
