Papillote Baked Duck Breast Fillet

Ingredients

Duck breast fillet 1 Large (good size)
Onions 2
Grapes 1 1/4 Bunch (125 gm) (1 good size bunch)
Dry white wine 125 Milliliter (1 glass)
Allspice To Taste

Directions

Peel and cut the onions into thin slices, place them in the papillotes, place the lid on and pre-cook for 2 minutes in the microwave.

Remove the fat from the duck breast and cut into thin slices.

Place the duck breast over the onions, scatter the grapes around the meat then add salt and a pinch of allspice and the white wine.

Replace the lids and place in the microwave for 4 minutes.

Sprinkle some sea salt over the top when serving.
