Watermelon apple drink, cool off on hot afternoons with this refreshing, icy and nutritious drink. Iron rich watermelon and fibre rich apple help maintain good bowel function. Those keen to lose weight will relish this healthy, fruity option to sugar laden high-calorie drinks. Easily made, quickly consumed!


Chopped watermelon 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Chopped tomato 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped apples 1 Cup (16 tbs) (unpeeled)
For garnish
Ice cubes 3 (Optional)



1. In a hopper, add watermelon, tomato, apple, a little at a time and extract juice from them.

2. Into individual glasses, add ice cubes and pour the drink equally into them.


3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
