White Sangria

Try with Sonia a variant of the traditional Spanish sangria: the white sangria! It's a fresh drink, made with fruit, spices and sparkling white wine... cheers!

Ingredients

Sparkling wine/Champagne 3 Pint
Vodka 30 Milliliter
Cinnamon sticks 3 Medium
Cloves 6 Small
Nectarines 2 Medium , dice
Oranges 2 Medium , slice
Lemons 2 Medium , slice
Cantaloupe melon 2 Pound , dice
Sugar 120 Gram
Ice cube 24 Medium

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Cut one orange and lemon into half and then slice one half of the orange and lemon and with the other half squeeze the juice, from the remaining 1 orange and lemon you can cut them into cubes.

2. Wash the nectarines with their skin on and dice them and for the cantaloupe you can scoop the flesh with the help of a melon baller and keep it in a bowl.

MAKING

3. Once all the cutting is done, in a large bowl pour the sparkling wines add the sugar and let it dissolve.

4. Next add the spices, vodka, citrus juices and the fruit. Cover the sangria and let it sit for at least 6 hours.

SERVING

5. Serve the sangria along with lots of ice cubes
