Hot Chocolate is a perfect drink recipe in this cool and amazing weather. This easy recipe is extremely tasty and can be made without much effort. Loaded with your favorite ingredients this hot drink recipe is not only delicious but is a go-to drink for monsoon evening.

Ingredients

Salted caramel hot chocolate:
Sugar 50 Milligram
Milk 300 Milliliter (boiled and brought down to room temp)
Chocolate 100 Gram
Salt 1 Pinch
Oreo hot chocolate:
Milk 300 Milliliter (boiled and brought down to room temp)
Fresh cream 50 Milliliter
Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Cocoa powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Oreo cookies 8
Whipped cream To Taste
Vanilla cinnamon hot chocolate:
Milk 300 Milliliter (boiled and brought down to room temp)
Sugar 1 1/2 Tablespoon
White chocolate 100 Gram
Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoon
Cinnamon powder 3/4 Teaspoon
Whipped cream To Taste

Directions

For Salted Caramel Method:

1. Heat a saucepan on medium flame. Add sugar and keep stirring continuously.

2. Once it liquifies and becomes amber in colour, add milk in a slow stream.

3. The sugar will seize and form clumps but keep stirring until the milk starts simmering lightly.

4. Remove from heat. Add the chopped chocolate and stir to make a smooth mixture.

5. Add a pinch of salt. Serve with whipped cream and caramel sauce.

For Oreo Method:

1. Heat milk in a saucepan, add fresh cream, sugar and cocoa powder to it, give it a stir and bring it to a simmer.

2. Remove from heat and add a pinch of salt, Oreo powder and mix well.

3. Serve with whipped cream and Oreos.

For Vanilla Cinnamon Method:

1. Heat milk in a saucepan, add sugar, cinnamon powder, stir it and bring it to a simmer.

2. Remove from heat and add the chopped white chocolate, pinch of salt, vanilla essence and mix well.

3. Serve with whipped cream, sprinkles and vanilla wafer sticks.
